"I went from being the family
rock to the family project. One day I was in the operating room, king
of my universe then next I was a cardiac cripple. Then two years later,
after quadruple bypass surgery, I completed a marathon."

"It really does take two to make
a cardiac comeback. In just 8-steps we'll show you how you can truly
reclaim your life and feel strong again. No other book will show you
from a doctor and a caregiver point of view how to live better, be
happier, and move forward in such a positive way."
